Off the main strip of restaurants, but worth the effort to find. Tuna belly starter, bacalhau and cream main for me and squid for the hubby, both very ample portions - could not finish mine! Generous and friendly restaurant staff. Couldn't be happier!

This is a great place if you want good Portuguese food, but do not expect anything more. The service is very friendly and the menu is very classical. When you arrive you get the bread and its accompaniments, but they also offer some barriga de atum grelhada which was very good. As main I thoroughly enjoyed the Feijoada de gambas... More

Enjoyable food, the "massa de peixe" was excellent and more than enough! Place is friendly but room temperature not controlled properly. Prompt and friendly service. Medium to high price

Very friendly welcome and based on the reviews on TripAdvisor we had great expectations. However we got very disappointed in the food. The starter, shrimps were not cleaned very well, we Could taste the sand, main course tuna fish was very very dry, grilled sole accompanied by vegatables were tasteless.... perhaps a bad day? Hope so...

Wow, my meal seriously blow my mind! I ordered the Prime Stake (mediam rare -try it for those who only like their stake well done, you will be pleasently surprised) with mushrooms. I wrote this while basking in the experience of what i just ate. Soooooooo nice! And that comes from someone who has eaten their way through all the... More

We are always cheerfully welcomed with handshakes. A charming and intimate restaurant with excellent food, wine, atmosphere and attentive service. Fresh fish, veges and perfectly cooked dishes. Meals are so tasty and steaks cooked exactly as wanted. Will be dining here again and again.

We had a wonderful evening in this Restaurant. The food was very tasty and refined. The best Bacalhau a Bras we ever had in Portugal! The service was friendly and flexible. The only minor disturbance for us and something that can be improved was the light i.e. the lamps are hanging over your head and shining directly in your face.... More

I return every summer to this excellent restaurant, and the overall quality is always excellent. The food is very tasty, especially the fresh fish, os choquinhos and o atum are amazing. The people there are always friendly and helpful. For sure I'll be back again, and recommend it to every one.

I had the chance to go there for new year and I could enjoy the crab the way I love it. As usual, we had very nice food for a good price. We had some shrimps and crab and then bacalhau dorado and meat with mushroom as main. We had some pudding as desert that was home made and delicious.... More
