We were really really disappointed by the wait time for our order and although the sandwhich and chips were very tasty I think 35 minutes is ridiculous time to wait! The place seemed really disaorganised and it’s letting them down! Especially as they have signs...More

Nothing unusual on the menu but the food was plentiful hot and tasty. Rothbury is well served for pubs serving food, but there is a lack of restaurants, so this was a reasonable alternative.More

Had a couple of meals here which were all excellent. Friendly staff and a good selection of food and drinks. Prices on the high side for drinks, my local charges £3 for a Pravdha lager, here it is £4.30. Food prices very reasonable.

Great place for food and drinks set in a very comfortable hotel. We called in for a bite to eat and we were not disappointed with a fantastic spread served by the chef (Billy).

The food here was palatable, but very much pub grub. It served a purpose, but we would not be visiting again.

Hello, Sorry we were not to your taste, we have very much more than just pub grub on our menus so not sure what you had or when you ate so cannot really comment on this.

My wife and I each had a burger and it came freshly prepared and was delicious. The service was friendly and the restaurant clean. It was quiet - four other tables were filled - but we ate quite early.
