Frigates bays own local eatery. Great selection of today's fresh fish, lobster and great steak dishes. Food dishes are a very good standard compared to some other local restaurants. Nice chilled out ambience and waiting staff friendly and helpful.

Jam Rock has been our go to place on the beach in prior years. The food was awesome and we were surprised that they had moved to Frigate Bay. We went there for lunch and the new building was much better than the one on the beach and the food was delicious. I had a fish burger and my wife... More

Most of these reviews mention the food and that's all. Let me give you a hint. Go at lunch, prices are less, food just as good as dinner and the bugs are less likely to bite. We realized that lunch was a better option. Hit the beach early, sit down for lunch and back to the beach or pool. Then... More

I went to Jam Rock II at the food court in Basseterre. It is an open air food court. The food was delicious. My husband and I both got the curried goat which was amazing. They said it was a local specialty. My kids both got pasta dishes which were also very good. I highly recommend this.

I had this at a 2nd open-air food court near Basseterre. Called Jam Rock 2. The food was fast, excellent and one could easily eat there every day for a week. I recommend the oxtail - it's perfectly delicious. The food court is open air with umbrella shelters and chairs and the sun can be fierce. But for good local... More

We were a group of 6 that dined here last week. We wanted to taste a bit of everything and the chef agreed to make appetizer plates out of several dishes on the menu. We had jerk chicken, wings, ribs and conch fritters. All were excellent and rather spicy. Several people had grouper which they raved about and I had... More

We ate here after snorkeling along the beach. It was beautiful. We had the jerk chicken. it was spicy but very delicious. Our son had the BBQ chicken and loved it. Our 8 year old wasn't into the chicken and they were gracious enough to let her have a side of french fries, only. She was happy. We saw others... More

This place has a nice setting on Frigate Bay Beach and good food. Our tour guide/ taxi suggested it to us. We had the jerk chicken and it was the best I have ever had including in Jamaica! Also enjoyed the red snapper and jerk pulled pork. You also should try Festival. I highly recommend the jerk food especially if... More

We visited Jam Rock twice during our vacation on St Kitts - this stretch of South Friars Beach is lovely, plenty of room, beautiful sand and warm water. We had sun loungers and an umbrella for the day and stayed until sunset. Lunch in the restaurant was excellent - large butterflied shrimp in a ginger and garlic sauce, 'rice and... More
