Run by a bunch of young dedicated and friendly staff this restaurant provided authentic Canarian food. We had fish which was fresh and well cooked. This was complemented by a good local wine list at good prices.

We had tried tapas in other restaurants which were good but standard. Our lunch here was excellent. Range of tapa options on menu were great. Salads were best we had. Presentation of food was excellent and service was friendly and professional. The standard of all food was best in VGR. It is situated on the seafront at La Playa so... More

We ate lunch here while in Valle Gran Rey, there were no seats outside but inside is very comfortable and still has a good view. We only ate tapas but they were all delicious especially the crepes stuffed with spinach and a lovely intense tomato sauce. Portions were generous and three tapas was enough between us. It was good value... More

Very generous tapas dishes, good service and atmospheric; booking advised. Nicely located down at the bay with scenic views to sea.

Excellent food, good variety, many local dishes and with a nice choice of vegetarian dishes- also good to just have a coffee ("cortado leche leche" is my favorit) outside, read a book and enjoy the view to the sea, friendly staff and good service

We went for a lunch since it's one of the few places open before 6 p.m. We picked a fried squid in oil and a local speciality "peto" fish. The latter apparently being a dish that won a prize for best tapas in VGR 2015. The squid was more of a calamari rings cut into small pieces, instead of a... More

We liked it so much that we had to come back two more times! - Large selection of tapas. - We tried ca. 15 different kinds of tapas on the whole: they were all delicious, creative, and served in an eye-appealing manner. - Our special recommendations are the goat-cheese balls (piruletas de queso de cabra) with tomato marmalade and the... We had lunch hear twice and dinner once, and both times the food was top notch. Unlike the other restaurants on along the front Mango has a separate lunch menus until 6pm. This includes sandwiches ranging from 2 euro to 4 euro so pretty reasonable. The only thing that let's the place down is the service can be a bit... More
