A great restaurant ideally situated right on the main square in rustic Apricale (see picture). My wife Sandra and I visited several times during our stay in the village last month, and never had a bad meal. Ciassa was equally good with hearty full meals, such as the great regional speciality of rabbit in a red wine sauce with olives,... More

Stayed in apricale for a week and this place is the hub of the village . We used it for morning coffee dinner and just for a drink before eating elsewhere or after. Excellent service and good prices.

We really enjoyed our visits to A Ciassa. Had some drinks and coffeees here and had dinner once while staying in Apricale. The place has a very nice atmosphere and the staff is very nice and serviceminded. The menu is local and they also do some lovely salads as side orders. The well known Zabaglione is done here for dessert.... More

My husband and I liked this restaurant so much that we returned a second night. We're vegetarians, and we had no difficulty finding good vegetarian options on the menu. Our waiter was multilingual and charming, and the food and wine were delicious and moderately priced. We especially enjoyed dining outside and watching children, dogs, families gathering and playing on the... More

Visited on a couple of occasions, they have outdoor seating which on a nice day provides a great view over the hills. We just had drinks on our visits and found the service and prices to be very reasonable, I think however Ciassa is probably best for drinks and nibbles only.

Maybe it was our bad luck, but ALL three dishes we ordered there were totally inedible. Rabbit was old, hard and full of bones. Gnocci were tasteless, lazagna was overcooked. Meet was in disgusting tomato sauce like in cheap eateries. Only one think was good - traditional local starters, but 14 euro for it - is too much. As a... More

Went out for dinner here on the last Saturday of hour holiday and were absolutely blown away by the service, food and local wine. The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. Couldn't recommended the homemade pasta enough! Especially the ravioli with butter and sage and the pesto lasagne. Also the restaurant is set in the most beautiful... More

Apricale piazza any time, but on a warm evening under the stars it is so romantic! I recommend the pasta made on the premises and nice local home made anti-pasta. If you have kids they can play with local chldren while you enjoy your glass of wine.

Matteo and crew are very attentive and the excellent modern food is just perfect. The location on the square is fantastic for tourists to get a sense of the village and the Apricale feel. Good price and great wines! Beer on a summers day? Absolutely.
