We have been to this restaurant a number of times and have had brunch, lunch and dinner there. Waitstaff are friendly, service is good and the menu offers a good variety of choices. Classic pub food like fish and chips and shepherd's pie share the menu with curried vegetables and chicken supreme. Portions are generous - you won't go away... More

This is more than a pub; it's a very very good restaurant. We went on Sunday and were able to enjoy the prime rib dinner with huge Yorkshire servings. Be sure to make reservations.

Extended family meal for 8 people. Went on Rib night, so ordered the ribs. Not really fall off the bone. Nothing wrong, just not great. Wine is expensive

The restaurant was able to squeeze us in for dinner on a busy long weekend. The restaurant was very cozy. We were on the ground floor by the bar area. My husband had the lamb shank which he said was one of the best he had. The lamb shank was $24 which we found to be very reasonable based on... More

The dam pub is the best dam pub of all the pubs around. I had the wingy dingys and a burger with salad. Oh what a treat, you wouldn't believe how tasty she be

We have been going to this little gem for years, but finally decided to write a review. Friday night in February, packed as per usual, but got a great table in the bar. Warm room, cold white wine, great food and amazing staff = wonderful!

About an hour's drive from home, met friends coming from the other direction. Waitress was pleasant, no rush and we had the table for most of the evening without any question from staff. Pub atmosphere, good food, everyone ordered different dinners and all with favorable comments. Good selection of desserts that was again enjoyed by all.

I love this place. The atmosphere is inviting and casual. The whisky selection is unbelievable. And the food! The steak and kidney pie is outstanding. but... you MUST try... the HAGGIS!! I am not Scottish, I've never been to Scotland. I've never had haggis and I have been negatively influenced by all the bad haggis press. It's a shame really.... More
