Excellent Food & Wine! Owner very kind but waitress is a bit notch. We ordered the Foie, Bacalao and Lamb Ribs!

What a joy to find such an excellent restaurant in this wonderful town. Asparagus and stuffed pepper appetizers were perfect, awesome flavors. We each had a different cod dish: grilled and Rioja style. I am not a cod fan but I can say my grilled...cod was very good. The crispy skin was so tasty! I would say that the food was very worth the price. Beautiful restaurant and excellent service.More

In the heart of the old town and just behind the cathedral, this restaurant has a lovely interior and great service. The multi-lingual staff were very pleasant and helpful. The menu is varied and mouth-watering and the food did not disappoint. The beef was perfectly...cooked and the two cod dishes were excellent. Stand out dish was suckling pig. Reasonable prices for fine dining. A great experience and highly recommended.More

GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE. can't really fault anything about this spot. We didn't short cut any food or drink decisions, Bill was 120 euros which was OK. As Camino goers though we felt a bit heavy the next day after our splurge! Go try it...you won't regret.More

We just had dinner here. 3 couples. The best restaurant we have tried in Spain, including Madrid. Excellent service, the food was outstanding, fresh and flavorful. Very reasonably priced. What a wonderful experience. A must stop when in this area💕

This is a friendly, well-run restaurant with a varied menu and great service and food. The local soup and rioja-style cod were particular favourites as was grandpa's pudding. would highly recommend.

This was probably the most sophisticated meal we had on our Camino pilgrimage. It was my wife's birthday and we loved it. Thank you!

Went there with the Miguel Merino's family of winemakers. The service and food were superb and the attention of the lady owner was spectacular. We all shared some of our food and the result was striking, very well presented and tasty. The wine list indeed...goes in pair with the quality of this restaurant. We did have a white wine from an unknown (to me) Spanish area and indeed an excellent Miguel Merino from la Rioja. Dessert was amazing as well and one as a hotelier can see that they have professional Chefs.More
