Went there on my Camino to enjoy the pilgrims meal and I absolutely loved it. The main course and the dessert was o.k, really tasty, but the absolute zinger was the starter. I had salmon tartar with avocado and it was to die for. Absolutely...loved it. Service is good and quick, command of the english language is limited, but they have english menus and with hand and feed and a bit of goodwill there is no language barrier. Would definitely go there again.More

Awesome coffee, friendly service, great sandwiches....a locals spot... Pleasant to sit at bar or plenty of tables, restaurant in the back.

They were very upset always when we need to order something new. Waitress slow and not serving happily.

My friend complained about her plate (frozen food) issuing a formal document. Employees became very disrespectful, the owner said he would hit my face (seriously, I didn't say anything for that, but I could: my bocadillo had an American cheese and I couldn't eat tapas...at the table with my group of friends). Hope they learn how to improve the service.More

We enjoyed a lovely evening here, sitting mainly outside on the street at a table. Although a little close to the occasional passing car, the outdoor seating area was nice with music playing - inside was small and a little stuffy. The sangria was delicious...and my €12 pilgrims menu was yummy too. I had the Rioja soup, beef steak and chocolate tart all which were delicious.More

The menu at €12 was excellent with a lot of choice. The lentil and chorizo starter was delicious and the main courses of secreto of pork and loin of turbot were both good. The dessert menu offered a lot of choice and the wine was...very palatable. After a long, cold and windy day on the Camino thisMore

We have had trouble while walking the Camino de Santiago getting good service, we have had trouble getting servers before 8 pm, we have had trouble getting protein . Not so with La Gallina. This has had to be the best food, best service since...we got to Europe. Outstanding place. MUST STOP when walking the Camino.More

This restaurant offers a menu or a special menu of chulearon which is good. The meat is tender and the wine is good. It is better to go earlier than standard dinner time. The service is good

Doing the Camino, stopped in to have the pilgrims menu...everything we had was awesome, especially the lamb stew...and left full, just what a Pilgrim needs. Owner was very pleasant and helped that she spoke English. Great stamp too😉

The price on the steak was high. Wrong brought a huge slab of meat cooked rare and then a table side grill to the table so you could prepare it your way. The salad was large, plenty of French fries, this could be a.meal for...two. I ate it all and ice cream.More
