Excellent starter tapas, then the Bril for main, this was the best Bril I have ever had. Brilliant staff and good value for money.

We come here on a monthly basis for drinks and cocktails. Rodriguez and Mihai are the only reason we come, they make it fun, silly and bring a lot smiles to what can otherwise be a dreary old man pub in an isolated boring small town. We tend to stay within the shack as it's the only fun respite locally... More

Eaten here twice and will happily eat here again. Nice bar for pre-meal drinks. Good choice of food and well presented. Food is on the expensive side when compared to other local pub/restaurants but for a celebration its a great place to eat.

We booked this restaurant for six people for 5pm, but we got there earlier so we could have cocktails in the cocktail shack which is at the rear, and the barman was very helpful and very friendly. The service in the restaurant was first class, a lovely bubbly waitress attended to us for the evening and looked after our every... More

This is a small pub with half of it being a bar and half a restaurant. Food is good, well presented and delicious. Has a good selection of traditional pub food but makes it a bit fancier than normal pub food. Nice for a birthday dinner or if you're on a date as is small and quite romantic in there... More

This is mine and my friends favourite place to come, we have been coming here for a very long time!! We have got to know Rodriguez very well made our times at the cocktail shack special and enjoyable with his good attitude, and always managed to make us laugh! Very professional and always asks us for ID! Disagree with the... More

A real shame really, I was a regular customer at the farmhouse. After going last Friday I will not be returning. I am a lover of the cocktail shack – which can be very expensive after buying 4 drinks. After the rude waiters firstly giving me the wrong drink then giving me a non-alcoholic as they thought I was too... More

We called in for a light lunch today and we're agreably surprised by the amount of choice. Apart from a sandwich and wrap menu there were items that could be either starters or smaller meals. The main menu also had some good choices. We opted for chicken wraps, well filled , and came with delicious chip and side salad. Along... More

We had a party in the ballroom to mark my dad's 90th birthday... and everything was perfect. Beautiful room (and place in general). Excellent buffet - there is sooo much food and it's all excellent (ask for a doggie bag it's a shame to waste it). Most importantly from the moment we arrived every single person we met couldn't have... More

The Farm House restaurant in West Malling is perfectly balanced rustic and sophisticated, historic and up-to-date, traditional English and suavely continental. See what we mean? Built when QE1 was on the throne, The Farm House has an updated, trendy bar area, a pair of stunning dining rooms (one of them beamed), a sunny decked terrace and charming walled garden. The owners are committed to sourcing fresh, local ingredients of the highest quality, like the traditionally reared Kentish Limousin steaks with gratin dauphinois, tomato and French beans served with one of three sauces. Youll even find Kentish wine on The Farm Houses excellent beer and wine list.
