We walked out to the end of the sea walk and needed some light refreshments. There is a good selection including local beers on tap. We ate indoors out of the wind and enjoyed the view.

This is a regular haunt, the food is always good especially the battered fish! staff helpful and friendly even at the busiest time in this popular waterside pub.

I was taken out for a late birthday meal at the Queens head on a sunny Monday lunch time. We dined out on the patio by the boats.. Good food and beer and excellent service. Would certainly return for another visit.

Dogs are allowed in both bars which also serve food. Not in the restaurant away from the bars.

The best pub venue in Maldon, set on the Blackwater river.Thames barges aline the quayside. Large patio area, with seating for over 100 people. Over looked by Maldon St Marys Church. A wonderful setting on the quay, a fantastic old working dock fo yesteryear.
