We Visit here at least once a month and the food is consistently excellent sometimes you have to wait a while but it is freshly cooked food not fast food and is worth the wait

Excellent service and food. Varied menu with a good choice of specials. Only criticism is that by 9.30 the place is empty.

We reserved a table for a family get together. The pub has lots of charm and was very welcoming.I opted for the Sunday lunch which was fresh, locally sourced quality ingredients and well cooked. The portion sizes were substantial, which meant I didn't need to be naughty and have a Pudding, although other family members did partake and they looked very... More

I recently visited the Wagon and Horses for tea and have to say that it's probably one of the best pies I've ever had. My boyfriend's parents both had fish and chips and they both said their food was delicious too! Would definitely recommend as the food wasn't too expensive either.

I ordered the drinks when I finished ordering the drinks I asked what the soup of the day was and the lady ignored me and just walked away (if that hadn't happened would have given 5). However one of the other girls brought... More
