Stopped by today to have a quick lunch. The old is good and the service is fast and pleasant. The soup was homemade and delicious. I would recommend the Old Country Restaurant for a quick Soup and Sandwich.

We are new to the New Hamburg area and were looking for a good spot for breakfast. Very happy with the portion and taste of our breakfast and bottomless coffee. Will go back again.

The Old Country is well-established restaurant with a long history of homestyle cooking in an unpretentious atmosphere. The locals eat here and the staff remains the same over long periods of time so that tells you something. Clean, nothing fancy, just a filling meal for a good price. I give it 5 stars for the type of restaurant is aims... More

We always take our 2 year old Grand daughter out for breakfast on our day with her. The servings are very generous and the place is always busy. Most important they have good coffee.

We like going there for good food, good portions and quick service. Half way between Kitchener and Stratford makes it a nice gettaway.

We had the Sunday Breakfast at Old Country. The Canadian Classic is a great choice; two eggs, three sausages, (a good size, not skinny ones), home fries, a small dab of beans, and two slices of toast. All this for $4.75. Coffee cup is bottomless. Service was prompt and the server was pleasant. This is a go-to place here in... More

It is a great small town restaurent with the true country feeling. The service is prompt and the food is great. There is always plenty of staff to serve the huge crowds. The Canadian Classic is the best for a low price of $4.75 and the coffee keeps coming....You can not go wrong...

Quaint little place with good service and good food. Prices are reasonable. Decor is nothing special but that doesn't bother me.

Small restaurant with great food & attitude. Hot beef and hot turkey are plentiful, along with many other great entrees. Great bang for your buck.
