We were staying in Cornwall over Christmas and stumbled across this delightful Vegetarian café. The food served was delicious and fresh, we were a party of four and each ordered different lunches, we all commented on how tasty our servings were and agreed portion sizes were good. I can be fussy about coffee and must say the flat white served didn’t disappoint. Food was so moreish I decided to order dessert which was scrumptious. To top this, we noticed that they offered a takeaway menu and so ordered the Pumpkin and cashew nut roast. This too was a perfect main for our Christmas dinner. The owner and staff were welcoming, helpful and certainly didn't make us feel that we needed to rush our food even though the cafe is small and quite a few people came in looking for a table. It's dog friendly too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this small and cosy café to all.

The food was delicious, that can not be faulted. The service was very friendly and welcoming. However, £26 for 3 cold drinks (homemade lemonade), avocado on toast, cheese on toast, both with a dressed side salad (sourdough was homemade) and a homemade cupcake. For my mind seemed a little bit expensive. Maybe we are used to North Cornwall prices!!!

On a visit to Marazion on a busy bank holiday Monday we were struggling to find a decent tea and coffee and a treat without queuing for an age. Walked a little way out of the mayhem and found 2 lovely ladies serving fabulous coffees and a window full of sweet treats. A quick friendly chat later we were given directions to some seating and a fabulous view of St Michael’s Mount just around the corner. Peace and relaxation in an otherwise busy town. A real find, we will definitely be back. 😊

Two lovely ladies saved the day when we were scouring the town for cream teas and ice cream. When we got there they had just cooked a fresh batch of scones and they gave us a map to the harbour wall where we could sit and eat our treats. Absolutely fabulous place, forget the other offerings, go here instead 😊

Just beyond most of the shops and galleries is this gorgeous little cafe. On a windy December day it was warm and welcoming - and notably busy with lots of local folk enjoying the delicious savouries and cakes. There's a strong emphasis on local produce here, it's well presented and my lunchtime sandwich was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it's the sort of place where it's easy to fall into conversation with a fellow diner. it's definitely on the must visit list for future days out in the area

The two ladies that run this place are great, they are super chilled and super friendly. The coffee is delicious and the pastries are phenomenal. We made a special journey to go back for the cinnamon buns, and my daughter as a self-titled brownie expert rates the brownies as the best she has EVER tasted. Both my daughters thought the iced vanilla latte was delicious and my flat white was yum. Great little cafe with knockout service and produce. Will definitely revisit here when in the area. We loved the fact the opening hours are 10 ish til 4 ish and fits the laid back holiday vibe perfectly.

We stumbled across the copperspoon by chance. We had been at the near by Marazion beach when we took a stroll into the beautiful town. The window displays of freshly made scones, cakes and cookies caught our attention. As it was a blustery day we felt a hot chocolate was what was needed. We were not disappointed. Firstly we were greeted and chatted about our visit to the beach. While our hot chocolates were being being prepared, the staff advised us of a good spot to sit and drink with stunning views over to St Michael's Mount. We took the advice and took our drinks to the Green Landing near by and yes the scenery was breath-taking. The drink was very chocolatey and covered in cream, marshmallows and a flake. Yummy This warmed us up nicely for another walk along the beach back to our car.

We first visited this cafe 2 years ago when we stayed in Marazion. In more normal times it also does delicious lunches and allows dogs inside. At the moment though it is take away only so it is coffees, cakes, scones soups and breads. I was delighted to see it open and doing well when we visited Penzance this year. In fact we went 4 times in a week so we could try out their delicious cakes and support a small local business. We were never disappointed. The white choc and blueberry brownies were magnificent. Other family members also gave their “normal” choc brownies 10 out of 10 which is very rare. Cinnamon rolls were also excellent. Not greasy and very cinnamony. Coffees also excellent with a choice of dairy and non dairy milks. We also tried the sourdough bread and focachia which were both excellent. Really recommend this lovely local cafe which is run by lovely friendly ladies.

A small but very cosy and welcoming tea room in the pretty little town of Marazion. Despite being crammed full and really busy, the staff (owners?) were so friendly and somehow made time for all their customers. The real star, however, was the delicious cream tea! I've had a fair few in my time but I honestly don't remember a better one than this; two huge and beautifully baked scones, fabulous strawberry jam (blackberry also available I think which I'd love to come back and try!) and the most amazing Cornish clotted cream, all washed down with a lovely and much needed pot of English tea. Managed to take home a 'kernow curl' too, new to me but one of my new favourite things (bit like a less stodgy, more bready, bread pudding which I also love!)! There's a pretty full menu and if it's all anything like as good as the cream tea, then this place is a true gem. Probably just as well for my waistband I live about 300 miles away but I will definitely make a point of going back next time I am anywhere near and I suggest you do too!

Have been to many cafes and restaurants since lockdown rules were lifted, and am well mindful of keeping to social distancing rules. So, when I am stood outside on the road looking in and the cafe person is inside behind a table - and a queue of people in between - it felt like social distancing is being used as an excuse to justify rudeness. After that unpleasantness, I couldn’t be bothered to spend another minute nearby, much less buy anything. Plenty of other friendly places in the town with good coffees and teas.

We stumbled upon this lovely little cafe shortly after 4pm and the ladies were closing up. They were so kind as to allow us to order a few drinks just as they were closing and we were so grateful for this! Lovely ladies, gorgeous drinks! The iced lattes were delicious and just what we needed on a hot day. They also let us refill our water bottle, one of few places that still do this because if covid, which was also very kind and they mentioned an app that will tell you where else in Cornwall will let you do this. A really handy app!! Absolutely visit here if you're in the area, couldn't recommend enough! Recommend the homemade lemonade and the vanilla iced latte!

Delicious coffee - some espresso derivatives are made far too hot and it spoils the taste - coffee here was just right. We also had a cinnamon roll and a blueberry bake well slice - perfect. To cap it all the very friendly lady suggested a nice quiet place we could go to enjoy our snacks. Recommended.

Wonderful, friendly staff who always greet you with a smile and a very warm welcome. The coffee and food are exceptional! Be sure to try the baked gods which are outstanding! Very dog friendly also which is always a nice factor. Even if you're not staying "in" Marazion, this place is well worth a visit and you can order some yummy meals for take-out too to save on cooking!

Lovely brunch, service was excellent. Avocado on toast, goats cheese on toast and a warm cinnamon bun were the best we’ve had in a long time! Well worth a visit. A cosy place and definitely somewhere to return to.
