I’ve eaten here for breakfast and lunch, the food and service is always excellent. Fresh home cooked food, lovely decor. Always busy with bookings so not really somewhere to just pop in, spur of the moment but at least it shows it’s popular. Would definitely...More

Thank you for your kind comments, you are right sometimes we do get quite busy and it is always advisable to ring and book or check availability. Saturdays are always very busy but other days are often ok. Your recommendation is appecaited.

You would have to ring Tweed them selves. They have tables outside, but apart from I would think Guide dogs, they might not allow dogs into the cafe part as it goes through the the butchers shop. Visit “Deer Park”, Thryburgh... More

TWEED is a small country coffee shop attached to a butcher's shop owned by the same family. All the produce sold in the coffee shop is fresh from the butchers and cooked to order. All day breakfast is a signature of this venue and always very popular. There is also a nice varied range of sandwiches along with burgers, paninis, platters etc available. Each week sees a change to the 'specials board' which is updated with different dishes to suit a variety of tastes. Afternoon tea is available after 1.45 each day but needs to be booked in advance - you can read the trip advisor comments which reflect just how nice this is - a real treat for a special occasion
