The conch & octopus salad was great as were the pastelillos and fish cakes. Great ethnic food. Atmosphere is rough so don't expect clean linens and silverware

Food was good. Service was slow. You have to make another line for the drinks. Will go again but next time, early in the morning.

Description
This is a great little beach cafe along the road between Loiza and San Juan. The long lines attest to its popularity with Puerto Ricans, and the food is great and deep fried.
