The Kitchen is a lovely local cafe run by the most friendliest of staff and serving great food at good prices. We often stop off for breakfast and the quality is always very good and cooked freshly to order. The coffee is lovely too as...they use the local Roost coffee which is one of our favourites. We’ve not had lunch but the menu looks lovely and I’m sure the quality will be equally as good as the breakfasts. Above all though, this cafe is run by a lovely lady who really cares about the community and is such a kind and considerate lady. Always a warm welcome regardless of when you visit and made to feel at home. If you haven’t visited then try it.More

We stopped here on the Saturday of Bank Holiday weekend in May - a group of 11 of us for late morning tea and a snack. The lady running the cafe was incredibly friendly and couldn't be more helpful. She allowed us to take the...bikes in and then provided fantastic tea, coffee, tiffin and other goodies. Nothing was too much trouble and I would encourage anybody to stop here but especially cyclists - great place!More
