Arrived hungry 😋 and ordered 2 breakfast 🍳 baps of bacon, sausage & egg. 😮 OMG massive and I had to leave the sausage as I was that full. Overall a great stop in the way to Whitby or on the way back to Leeds for good or shopping. 5 stars 💫💫💫💫💫

What a great little place. We stayed at flamingo land and found this lovely farm shop when we were looking for pumpkins! Massive pumpkins at a good cost. We returned the following morning for tea and toast which was lovely. Milked served in a mini churn!! The butcher was lovely and friendly and offered great recipes for sauces and casseroles.... What a delightful place! Found it on the Internet when looking for somewhere to break the journey from a trip to Scarborough with my elderly and disabled parents. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We shared an afternoon tea for two with a good selection of delicate sandwiches, scone and cream, eclairs and mini cheesecakes. Dad had a toasted teacake and... More

One of the best cafes in the area all reasonably priced. We had a light lunch and later that day stopped again for tea and cakes. Friendly attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. Great farm shop for wonderful meat and interesting vodkas in the gift shop. We will definitely be back.

We decided to stop for coffee, The cafe and shop are converted farm buildings which retain their rustic appearance. There was seating inside and on a patio and across from the car park, tables set out on the grass. We placed our order of coffee and cakes and waited and waited. The problem appeared to be lack of staff and... More

Popped in here on my way home from Whitby, just to pick up a few bits for tea, rather than going to the supermarket. Picked up some lovely sausages, a very fresh local loaf, some eggs, and a few vegetables. Best of all was a lovely quiche, still warm from the oven, which tasted absolutely amazing, so much better than... More

After rrading some reviews, we came here to have some breakfast. The shop stocks basic local bread and stuff, a lot of flavoured vodka, guess a lot of souvenirs trade. We had the fill breakfast, really nice black pudding but sausages a big let down. Meaty, yes, but very salty, kids had sausage barm but so salty left half the... More
