We were visiting Malton for the day, and we came across the Kingfisher Cafe. We had Mushroom soup which was hot and very tasty, and Quiche was excellent. Service was good and The Cafe was very clean. The staff were delightful.

Hello reviewer, we are very confused by your review. Think there must be some kind of mix up. The Kingfisher cafe does not advertise, make or sell gluten free scones, and never has. We take seriously issues around allergens and so know this can not...More

Called in here today with my 8 week old baby, what an amazing place I loved it. The staff were so so friendly and caring, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. My baby got a bit grumpy, but it really wasn’t a...problem at all, lots of happy smiles from the staff put me and baby at ease, (we went somewhere last week where this really wasn’t the case so I was nervous taking her to a cafe again.). Such a wonderful place, we’ll be back very soon and I will be spreading the word to everyone as to how great the cafe is! 😊More

With so many cafes in Malton, my hubby & I are spoilt for choice. But this friendly cafe just off the market place is a true gem...and my new favourite. Not only freshly baked scones, homemade bread and delicious soup, the star was my omelette...the...best I have ever EVER tasted. So fluffy, light and tasty. I'll be back! And already have been xMore

We had good hopes but were hugely disappointed. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Food is fair (if it's available) but staff are poor. Nothing would take us back.More
