This place is a must while visiting the Las Galeras area - take a cab - the road is awful, but worth it! Fantastic view from high on the cliff and we even saw whales off shore while we were there. Mojitos are fantastic! And the snoring goat on the porch still has us laughing!

I have never been to a restaurant with a more amazing location or view. The restaurant is literally on the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean in an area where folks dive off the cliffs below you. Late afternoon before sunset is beautiful, the sun is shimmering on the water and the sky is gorgeous. The wait staff was... More

Once you have made the hike or driven up from las galeras to this spot (not so easy either way) you will be rewarded by an amazing view over the bay - it is really magical at sunset out on the terrace sipping a mojito. The magic stops at the cocktail. Don't have dinner here. The food is iffy and... More

On our last night in the DR we decided to treat ourselves. We had heard about this place for the sunset views and great food and it did not disappoint. The views are amazing. We had a Iberico ham appetizer which was perfect. Then we had seafood paella. The seafood was fresh and the spice was spot on. They have... More

This place have an amazing view and is a wonderful place to chill out. Very romantic at sunset and after that. Good foot and drinks (nothing special) but good... The view make it worth the travel...

The location of the restaurant is marvelous. The view is stunning, the restaurant is lovely decorated. However, do not visit this restaurant for the food! It's very very overpriced, one of the most expensive places in the area. It's just not worth the money. We had the paella, was so so, a little too salty for my taste.

Some people told us this place was overrated. We didn't think so. Yes, the view is unbeatable, but the food and drinks and ambiance were fantastic as well. Not cheap for the DR, but worth every penny.

The staff is very friendly and the view is beyond words. No vegetarian option on the menu. The walk to this place is also worth it. Old ruins of a once prosperous plantation edges the road as you ascend.

El Cabito worth a visit. The view is incredible there's a farm on site and some cliffs if you dare to jump. Dinner took a long time and was very pricey. Not a lot if choices for kids. Bathrooms a bit run down.

I would only recommend accessing this place with a SUV as the roads towards here are pretty tough going. The drive is totally worth it though. The views are stunning and it's a great place to chill and admire the view directly above the sea. Prices here are a little high and we weren't very hungry so we just had... More
