We went the night of the pasta festival - it was packed and it was a good thing we'd reserved ahead of time. We had no idea what to expect. It was fun, loud, delicious and varied. We were offered the Italian version of chipperones, friend mozzarella, and fried courgettes. We tried the tuna, the pasta, the shellfish - and... More

Don't go there if you want good food. We ate terrible fish at a very high price. It really wasn't worth it. We couldn't eat the fried fish because the test was really bad.

Al Pescatore The name of the restaurant says it all – Al Pescatore (‘the fishermen’) located at the junction where the modern via dei Pescatore from Acilia (direction Rome) meets the Lungomare Duilio coastal road and a little more than a kilometre or so from the end of the Via Cristoforo Colombo. This is how you would get there by... More

If you are visiting Rome and the seaside as a tourist, this is one of those place that locals like to hide from you. Look for it, ask for it. Food is good generous and fresh. Good wine and goo price. Typical friendly Italian service, even if part of the staff is multi-ethnic. The problem? You need a car to... More

I've been visiting this restaurant for 3 days, lunch and dinner while was on a referee course. Always full of guests. Excellent sea food, fish, squid and clamps and also great white wines. The grilled stake was bloody, I don't like it, but maybe it's how they make it.

We visited in March 2015 as part of a sport training camp which meant that we ate here a number of times. Food was excellent every time we went - antipasti, pasta or fish main courses to die for. Attilio, the owner, greets you with typical Roman hospitality as do the rest of his staff. If you're planning to start... More

I have had meals many times in this restaurant with family and friends and always they want to go there back before they leave Rome. Food is excellent and the quality of seafood is admirable. Being so close to the sea we can actually watch the fresh seafood brought o the restaurant as we walk in. More importantly the fish... More

Looking for some seafood, this was the first restaurant we found. The atmosphere was good and the food excellent. The service, like most service around Rome, was superb. Staff seem to want to go out of their way to help you.

Great restaurant to eat in and is above average. The starters were delicious and the main was really fine.
