Visited here on a Saturday afternoon and even booking three days in advance the booking options were few. It was a beautiful setting overlooking the orchards and even though it was a cool day, it was lovely and warm out on the deck with the heaters and they even supplied blankets. My favourite menu item was the baked brie. The... More

I went yesterday with friends for my birthday! It was cold and rainy but we have heaters and blankets to keep us warm. The staff were friendly and looked after us very well. The quesadillas were delicious and I loved the cider tasters. Such a beautiful place will definitely be back 😀

This venue is great for lunch on the lawn, work function. Small parties and family gatherings. It offers a lovely menu and it considerate of those with gluten free needs. Well priced menu. And for those who enjoy cider this venue will tick all the boxes.

10 of us visited Core Cider on the 28th. It's a beautiful place and the lunch we had was delicious but organising the trip was very frustrating and I think Core Cider need to look at the way they handle their bookings. Phone calls are answered by an automatic answering service which gives you several options of buttons to press... More

A walk by the orchards was finished off with coffee and scones in the restaurant, two decent sized scones with jam and cream along with the coffee were well received by the four of us and at $10 each well priced (morning special). A cider sampler was also interesting although we felt the ginger one was much the same as... More

The place is nice for chilling and trying out ciders. We didnt have a reservation for the restaurant so had to order food from the stall on the ground floor. Loaded fries was pretty good but took almost an hour to arrive. The farm shed sells nice toffee ice cream and a limited variety of fruit jelly, wines and fruit.

We ventured to Core on Easter Sunday, basically for something different to do. As expected it was packed and it took some time to find a table. We ordered a couple of ciders which were nice enough, a tasting paddle of 5, of which 3, the berry, lime and ginger were undrinkable, an a couple of pizzas, which when collected... More

Our 1st and probably our only visit. Service is so slow and the food was so disappointing. Our pizza was small for the price, it was tasteless and the base was undercooked. An entree of mixed olives came in a plastic food container and was no more than a selection from any supermarket bulk supply. No effort or attention to... More

Hi Trevor, Thankyou for taking the time to write your review. The food we offer downstairs is very different to our restaurant and is meant to be more picnic style so people can enjoy this on the lawn areas. We are experimenting with new offerings all the time and do very much care about the quality of what we offer,... More

My nephew booked us in for Sunday lunch as it was near where he lived and I was pleasantly surprised what a beautiful venue. Great for children with plenty of room to play. We all had a lovely time sitting out on the grassed area with table and chairs. Cider was really nice everyone enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

Thank jaskjs
