It was a great experience. even when it was raining it was safe with part of the pool covered. Then if you got tired of the pool the beach is literally right infront of you. And they have showers and restrooms

The resort suffered extensive damage from ST Haiyan, nay, it was totally destroyed. But like Aphrodite rising from the sea, it was rehabilitated and came back even better than before. Here are the pictures that prove it so.

From Downtown catch a jeepney towards San Jose and ask the driver to drop you off at Patio Victoria (the map location on TripAdvisor is incorrect - use google maps). The view is fantastic and you can go swimming. I got a touch of food poisoning from the halo halo - maybe from the ice but I would definitely go... More

Visited last march 13, 2016. It has a nice view of the san jose beach and a relaxing pool for the whole family. Paid 200 per head to use their pool and ordered food at the restaurant. The place was clean and well kept and good place to relax after the busy weekdays

I was here just after the Typhoon and toured the site with Mayor R. I also had the opportunity to return in 2014, the rebuilding on the inside was wonderful, the pool is beautiful, although I did not swim. The landscaping was still in progress.

We went here last July to conduct an event with estimated pax of 200. It is accessible since it's along the airport road. What made it more beautiful is the location beside the beach. The sand is not that white as Boracay's, but it was fine and the view is so scenic. The event hall is air-conditioned, they served sumptuous... More

Patio Victoria is the classiest restaurant, swimming pool & day beach resort in Tacloban. Located on the San Jose peninsula near the airport with its pleasant breezes, it’s black sand beach is isolated from the polluted ocean waters of downtown Tacloban. (It is generally considered the cleanest ocean water near the large city of Tacloban) Patio Victoria is a fancy... More
