Very friendly owner who recommended the dishes accordingly to our wishes - 2 veggie adults, 1 child. And every plate was so delicious: spicy daal, well done biryani, tasty samosa, good fish, fresh raita and delightful mixed vegetables. We were very late in the evening, but he still had time for us. Thank you for an evening that touched our... More

Solid selection of typical Indian fare. Typical pricing. This is what you would expect from a standard Indian restaurant in France. I was offered a free juice while looking at the menu, but other than that don't expect to be wowed. The service was a little pushy, but very kind. This neighborhood seems to be up and coming with many... More

The food was nice and just the right amount. Service was a little odd... The waitress was really pushing us to get starters even though we said we didn't want them a few times. She kept saying we could put them in a doggy bag! I went to the restaurant to eat there, not take away! Every time someone chose... More

The friendly atmosphere matched the succulent samosa, butter chicken and their specialty rize that left a touch of sweetness on the palate that was simply refreshing. Some people were regulars and really loved their specific platters. Others were ships in the night, making a stop based on the internet reviews. Definitely a keeper!

Not only was the food not good (veg from cans, without spices and not as it was suppose to be), the owner was very rude - frankly we considered leaving without paying...

Ok food for a reasonable price. I liked the shrimps I had, but it did not taste like real Indian food. They did not get the spices right and used too much cream.

The family had got together for Christmas.A couple of days before, we decided to go out for a vegetarian meal. Where better than an Indian restaurant? Because two of our group of six were Vegans, we knew they stood a good chance of having a tasty meal, free of animal products. I telephoned to reserve for six and the man... More

As far as I know this is the only Indian restaurant in Chambery. But I have eaten in many better Indian restaurants in other towns. The sheek kebab which I had as a starter was very tasty - nice mix of spices. My partner got a very large salad as starter. The curry I had as main dish had less... More
