The restaurant is nice and is certainly worthwhile to come to if you are in Balaklava. Quite naturally fish is what you have to taste (Izbushka Rybaka - Fisherman's hut).

the food is really great. make sure you try "uha s grenkami" (fish soup with toasts) and "barabulya" (goat-fish) place is quite nice inside, during summer you can also sit outside near the water the only bad thing is that when it's crowded you'll receive your order in about an hour

On our first night in Balaklava we had dinner at Dakkar Resort hotel’s restaurant, called “Nochnoy Polyot”, The Night Flight. It was very good, especially fish and the dessert, but a bit overpriced. Next day we decided to give a try to eating out. Izbushka rybaka (ru. «Избушка рыбака», Fisherman’s Hut) is often mentioned as the best in Balaklava on... More
