We decided to visit this restaurant after reading good reviews.Seven adults and six children visited.Have to say I was disappointed. We all decided not to have starters but opted for main course and dessert. Our order was taken promptly but we waited for one hour fifteen minutes for the food. The children were getting impatient too. There were not many diners there when... Restaurant was absolutely spotless. Relax and worm atmosphere - excellent decorated. Food excellent-well priced, friendly professional staff. Steak sandwich -gorgeous ,with organic side salad and chunky fries. Was impressed with the size of onion rings- brilliant batter ( mum loves it). Burgers very good here as well - well seasoning . My mum is the person who likes to complaint... More

Went for a meal here on the recommendation of a family member and couldn't have been happier. Two adults and 3 children, both adults had starters and mains and one had dessert, several drinks and kids meals and the bill came to under €100. Everything we ate was excellent, honestly couldn't complain about a thing and we're quite fussy ;-)... More

Called early for Sunday lunch after reading all the reviews, etc, about this place. However, have to disagree with the quality of the food, The pub is situated in the countryside and the car park has concrete bell bollards situated at the entrance making it difficult to get in and out and I have to say their placement is all... However it has extremely good reviews and i don't know if this was fully reflected in our experience. They weren't able to tell us if the soup was vegetarian friendly as it was made by a different... My Wife and I have had lunch here over the years and decided to try dinner. Great menu and great tasting food. We had the tapas which were cooked to perfection. I never expected to have tapas of that quality in rural Ireland, well done. Staff were really pleasant and could not be helpful enough. We will definitely return for... More
