This is a good, serious, solid restaurant, not pretentious, where quality dominates fully. You would like to eat everyday in a place like this, if you have the money, because the food is not cheap! when you are there listen to the tips the staff would give you! Even paella is good, not for tourist, but for real Catalan sea-men.... More

If you go to Barcelona, you really need to try Tapas, especially Sardine. it has so many kind of small dishes and we really enjoy them.

A very very pleasant surprise to find such a good quality seafood restaurant in the middle of El Prat and within a stone throw from the airport. Don't be fooled by this humble looking restaurant, the seafood it serves can rival any restaurant in the city. If you're looking for any seafood this is surely the place to go where... More

I went back there for the second time after my first visit in BCN and I was so happy to try it again! Real seafood paella and fresh seafood in a quiet place. Staff very kind and polite. Right place to enjoy a very good dinner far from the Rambla fake restaurants! Will be back any time I will visit... More

We arrived at closing time after struggling to find it (make sure you are certain of the location), but the owner very kindly offered to prepare a cold plate of fruits de mer for us, which was fantastic. A must to visit if you are south of Barcelona.

We went on a business lunch as we heard that the seafood there was nice. The lunch menu included many things , from prawns, oysters, from oiled fish, and the main plate in my case was a delicious Salmon with Cava sauce ... it was delicious! price was fair and staff nice and attentive. Recommended.

Capitan Garfio is close to Barcelona and certainly worth the trip. It's 100% local customers. The owners' parents used to sell fish at the local market, so they know where to get their raw material. It is family owned and you are treated like family. Variety of food is great, follow the owner's advice. Wine is much more limited but,... More

Visited here several years ago, unforgettable then as well. The selection and preparation of seafood is incredible, with a huge variety of locally caught crustaceans and shellfish available (my favourite) with Scottish langoustines to 50cm. Great service, reasonable prices. Negatively quite noisy (typical Spanish), more suitable for a long lunch than a tranquil dinner, also quite remote, almost exclusively Spanish... More
