Da piu di 40 anni lavoriamo per garantire la qualita e la genuinita dei nostri prodotti. Produciamo il nostro pane con diversi tipi di farine, anche per intolleranti. La sua lavorazione avviene a mano, come una volta, e la lievitazione e del tutto naturale, grazie all'utilizzo del lievito madre. Anche la cottura segue l'antica tradizione, e viene fatta nel forno a legna alimentato con fasci di ulivo. Le focacce e le torte ripiene alle verdure, le 'pitte' di patate, i calzoni e i rustici leccesi, sono solo alcuni dei nostri prodotti salati, come anche i famosi 'taralli bolliti' tipici salentini e i dolci caserecci le cui tradizionali ricette ci sono state tramandate di generazione in generazione.
