The meat here is really well done, always tastes great and the accompanying salad, rice, potatoes etc is good as well. While there is not a massive amount of choice, everything they offer is done well. The restaurant owner greets every diner personally and warmly and it seems that he has lots of customers who have been visiting for 30-40... More

Le Danube Bleu offers many of the traditional Balkan foods found throughout Eastern Europe, though they Croatian in background. The menu isn't gigantic, but there's a good variety to choose from, including some simpler fare for those who aren't so adventurous with their tastes (if you want a steak, you can get it). The cevapi are excellent, the sarma rich... More

This is a restaurant where the owner greets each individual diner with a welcoming handshake and a smile. And ends the meal with an equally warm send off. Where the food is prepared by two individuals in the kitchen while the owner handles serving the food and drinks, and clearing the tables. There is nothing slick or trendy about this... More

Spotless white tablecloths, delicious steak, liver Venetian-style, gorgeous house wine. It's run by a Croatian couple, he does the waiting, she does the cooking. In a tiny side street so easy to miss but well worth visiting.

I sometimes go to this place for having lunch. I always had very tasteful yugoslav dishes (sorry for this political uncorrectness but you'll find plenty of dishes of the Balkan region). You will be served by the boss and his wife, always a joke on their lips. You can choose a wine out of plenty opportunities, le Danube bleue has... More
