The staf does not speak English but all dishes were amazing and the wine is served in decanters and costs "pennies". Best wine sells for 30 euros. Amazing restaurant, worth traveling 30 kilometers at night !

Tradition, comfort, class. In a word: Italian cuisine. The traditional recipes of Pellegrino Artusi are reviving in this wonderful corner of Romagna region, the magic small city in which he was born, a Foundation in his private home that makes your culinary experience a really interesting way to keep alive the great tradition of Italian cuisine. In the menu, always... More
Knew nothing about this amazing place until we visited as part of a group visit (The Italian Job charity event). Very enthusiastic volunteer guide who explained that Artusi was a businessman in the late 19thC who had travelled around the regions of Italy, staying with local people and collecting the regional recipes. After he retired he wrote the definitive Italian... More
Named after the father of modern Italian cuisine and possibly the recipe book the food here is possibly the best I have had anywhere in the world. Inspired by the recipes collated by Artusi (research Pellegrini Artusi) the food was incredible. The setting is fantastic, in the beautiful old town of Forlimpopoli, friendly knowledgable staff and food to die for.... More
Always very good here, just follow there suggestion...and enjoy. I have been here several time, and every time i enjoy it even more. The biggest surprice is always the bill. In other places you pay up to double for this quality.
The Casa Artusi is an oasis of superb food, quiet New Age background music, and cool white tables and chairs with blue vases and blue paintings on the walls- it's amazing how those colors help the traveller immediately let go of all tension. THEN THE FOOD! a fabulous antipasto plate with fried parmesan cheese dipped in balsamic vinegar, caper crostini,... More

After the demonstration of how to make the pasta, we each got our own station and rolled our our pasta and cut it and filled it with a yummy concoction from the Artusi cookbook (ricotta, parmesan, lemon, parsley). Then we were served our pasta in a garlic... More
Me and my partner has been in Casa Artusi Restaurant upstairs during summer when its warm and cozy and its romantic to eat in the open. And its been our second time also to dine downstairs in their Osteria and i must say Osteria is much better than Alla Carte upstairs because in the Osteria they serve you delicious antipasto... More
Again a quick lunch in a place which deserves a longer stay. The restaurant offers special menus at lunch, low cost with very high value. I had a pre-selected choiche of mixed servings, in small portions. Perfect to make a real experience of a fast lunch between meetings. Service is top class, you can experience a top level restaurant at... More
