just came back from a Tauck cruise of the Baltic countries. It was pretty sad to be in the dining room and see what the cruise director came up with for the Captains dinner. We watched as his guests were each served domed dishes by individual stewards. It was a classic blunder for the rest of us
watching this spectacle. This cruise with airfare came to $28,000. Have been on many cruises and have never experienced coming away feeling like a second class citizen. No problem with captain's table but, please, show some class. The director was arrogant. Tauck's handling of this was a $500 voucher for another trip. There are far better cruise lines to take.
