avoid Traveling with Hanh.Cafe buses

Myself and my partner had a really bad experience traveling from Mui Ne to HCM.

The Bus attendant punched my arm because i was sitting in the wrong seat.

We tried to report him at HCM but no one at the station seemed to care. Any advice?

Old news. Vietnamese bus companies are mainly crooks and bullies. You are not allowed to sit in the wrong seat.

I do not have any experience with Hang.Cafe but I rode a few trips this April with Phuong Trang or Futa Bus as it is widely known and the experience was pretty good in contrast with your statement regarding buses in Vietnam. Refer to my blog thefootloosetraveller.wordpress.com.

Hope he did not punch you to hard. Unfortunately you have to put it down to experience, a bad one but hope you had many good ones while you were here. Guess you could send the company an email complaint and if they get enough things may change over time.

I have doubts about this story having travelled that particular route on many occasions. It may well be that the poster sat where they wanted but that seat was already booked by a another passenger and kicked a up a fuss when told to leave.

It is also interesting that all of the posters earlier posts (2) have been removed.

It is common knowledge that competition between some of the other Bus companies generates fake posts. I have often quizzed passengers getting off Hanh Coaches and never have I had a bad report.

Cheers Ross
