Flamingos in the end of March

Is it possible to see a lot of flamingos in Rio Lagartos in the end of March?? Is it better to go to Celestun to see them in this time of the year?

I really dont know where are most of the population these days. But i am pretty sure that there are a lot of flamingos in both places: Celestun and Río Lagartos. Also there are a lot through all the north Yucatan shore.

Greetings.
