The family names should be spelled as "van der Meer" and "Bijlsma". The first names should probably be Renske (instead of Rensch), Jan (instead of John) and Pieter (instead of Peter).

I have found online:

https://www.werelate.org/wiki/Person:Renske_Van_Der_Meer_(3)

According to this Renske van der Meer was born around 1849 in Hallum and married in 1872 to Jan Bijlsma, who was born in Marrum around 1846.

also found this:

erfskipterpdoarpen.nl/getperson.php…

According to this Pieter Jans Bijlsma was born in 1879 to Jan Wybes Bijlsma (dob 1846) and Renske Pieters van der Meer (dob 1849). They married in 1872 in Ferwerderadeel. Renske and Jan died in Grand Rapids, MI.

(geboren/geb = born; overleden/ovl=deceased, leeftijd=age)

This shows even more ancestors
