Travel from glacier to north cascades

I will be at Many glacier in August and traveling from there to north cascades calonial creek campground. Wondering if hwy 2 to hwy 20 would be the preferred route and would there be any issues for 25 ft motor home? I have 2 travel days scheduled

Highway #2 is fine all the way in a 25' Motor Home. Its nicely paved all the way, a little curvy at times, almost 95% two lane. Its a beautiful drive all the way to Sandpoint Idaho. Nothing dramatic...no passes. Sandpoint is a nice little lake resort town to stop off in for that overnight you anticipate. The drive across eastern Idaho and eastern Washington is sort of barren and not exceptionally pretty until you begin to approach the mountains again.

Colonial Creek Campground is neat...it only cannot accommodate large RVs. You should be fine.
