considering anse chastenet

Can anyone comment on/rate the beach at this resort. I have yet to find many pictures of the beach experience here. I know the Pitons look amazing, but I want to get a wider perspective on this resort. I look forward to your insights!

1. Re: considering anse chastenet

Anse Chastenet has one of St. Lucia's most famous beaches. It's a fairly long stretch of dark sand with a marine preserve on one end near the dive shop. Great snorkeling on this beach and clear turquoise water. The sea is not as deep here as at Jalousie's beach, which is imported white sand if that makes a difference to you.

I don't know why you can't find enough images of the beach??? Just do a search in Google IMAGES titled:

"beach at anse chastenet st. lucia"

and you'll get more images than you know what to do with. Hope this helps!
