Traverling from Phuket to Ao Nang (krabi) on Sun 26th June

Hello all,

I am travelling to Ao Nang 26th June from Phuket and i was wondering if i can travel via ferry.

My questions then are;

1, Is it still running in June?

2. Can i turn up to the peer any time in the afternoon and to catch a boat like between 12pm and 4pm?

Thank you

K

The ferry does run all year but not every day in the low season. Last year the Phuket to Ao Nang Ferry only ran on a Sunday, Wednesday & Friday. Usually the Ferry leaves around 9am & gets to Ao Nang at 11.30. I wouldn't just turn up if it was me I would check out a couple of tour operators to find the best price & book with them because the price usually includes travel from your hotel to the ferry port.
