Redweek 2 night stay/contact info

Need a spot for only 2 of our 9 nights. Have done the free registration for Redweek, but it only lets you view, not contact owner unless you get a paid membership, right? Do people that post there ever just rent for a couple of nights? I see a nightly rate listed. We are renting 7 nights at Playa Grande. Anyone belong to Redweek that might be able to get me owner contact info for:

I doubt that any Playa Grande owner would rent you just 2 out of the 7 days that they own- the other 5 would just sit empty. Redweek always shows the nightly rate just so you can see what it averages out to. 90% of PG is a fixed week/fixed unit owned resort so the owners are surely wanting to rent their whole week if they are posting it.

Sorry but you will have to pay the membership fee to contact any of the owners just like the rest of us do. Isn't it only $15?

Have you looked at the Playa Grande website to see what they might charge for just a few nights? It will be expensive. When we stay 10 nights, we always stay a few nights in town and then move to our unit at PG. Gives us a chance to be right where all the action is just steps from our doorstep.

Good luck!

Another issue is that owner's do not post their contact info on Redweek (almost 99% of the listing do not have owner contact info). Once you have paid membership with Redweek, you can use the service to send a message (via web form) to the owner. Once owner reply, you get owner's email. I did check some of these listings and they are all weekly rentals. Another option is to contact somebody who owns a points based timeshare (such as raintree vacation club) and sometime they can get you few nights with the points. It is still not going to be $110-$150/night range that you are looking at. That type of nightly rate comes with the weekly rental only.
