I have applied for eTA on behalf of my parents and I received an approved eTA for both but when I check the eTA status, it shows "No matches were found using the criteria provided". I applied in March and until now I have never checked the status because the emails from IRCC were very clear. eTA has been approved.
What should I do now if I can not find the validity when I check the status?
I mention that this issue is for both persons. Can they have an issue with the website or so?
We have bought the tickets already.
We should try to apply again, is that OK?
