Is it just me who thinks SUNWING don't give a dime about its customers?
I am trying to book a week vacation in CUBA and the flight back leaves at 10:45 p.m. however I have to check out at 11:00 a.m.
Who the hell needs a vacation where your last day you will be placed in a lobby for 12hs wondering about your luggage untagged and unwatched in a unlocked room?
Common SUNWING, at least make a late check out available from booking.
Very superficial services of yours.
It is a $5000 trip and I don't want to sit in a hot lobby for 8hs like a potato bag.
