Well that looks like Emerald Bay to me.... so I'd say go to Emerald Bay, but in truth, Lake Tahoe is so scenic at every turn you almost have to try to take uninteresting photos.

The water is shallow, so seems warmer, is crystal clear. They have a fee, unless you kayak there from the Hyatt as we do. There are picnic tables, toilets, and SUP rentals and hiking.
That's definitely Sand Harbor, in the cove. You would have to get really, really early in the summer to get a photo like that with no people in it. There are normally people in the water, on the rocks and beach chairs all over the sand. Other iconic photo spots are Emerald Bay from Eagle Falls, Chimney Beach, Speedboat Beach and Secret Cove. Secret Cove is visually similar to Sand Harbor but there are fewer people and no parking fee. Its about a 3 mile RT hike and parking can be problematic.
