There's no point in rebuking you now for not having insurance, but surely you know that you need to see a doctor and need to find a way of affording it (which can be retrospective payment,.. as per advice on the ESTA website):

No-one here is capable of giving you medical advice over the internet beyond "get some treatment aand advice from a professional... and quickly."

No one will turn you away, and you might look to the Minute Clinic in CVS, or Target's in house medical care. If they find that your condition is beyond their scope, they will tell you.

Right Callum, you are an idiot for not getting travel insurance, but we could debate on that all day. Now purchase a ticket ASAP home. A visit to a and e will cost you an extortionate amount , but you do need to see a doctor as soon as poss. Sounds like ecoli,

Oh yeah, and if you have blood in your poo then Imodium will do nothing for you. Go and see a doctor asap and worry about the cost later!

At the minute Clinic, prevention/care of travelers diarrhea is $59 or $69.

That is a fair price for your health. Next time get the travel insurance.

And if you are infected with a bug that makes you have blood in your feces, they might not allow you to fly home! (???)

P.S. I'm still not sure what this has got to do with Liverpool, or did you stay at the Adelphi before you flew to Dallas!?
