Leaving bags and skipping the line @ St Mark's Basilica

We will soon be going to Venice and visiting St Mark's Basilica. I have read that we need to leave our bags in a small church (San Basso)? Can you please tell me where is this place?

Is it next to the Basilica?

Can you leave your bag for an hour and a half (or is an hour enough to visit the Basilica, museum , terrace etc?

I read in older posts dated 2015 that if I leave my bag before I enter the Basilica all I need to do is show the security the tag that I'm given and they will let me in without us having to que? Is this procedure still on?

I was going to buy the skip the lines tickets but now I'm not sure if I need the skip the line tickets or not.

Your advise will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This link may help :- https:/…360029

It's across the side piazza near the exit to the basilica, less than 100 metres.
