Three Days in Amsterdam.

We have booked the Anne Frank House and Jewish Quarter for the first afternoon.

We are considering the Skip The Line ticket for the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and the Canal Cruise on the second day. Is that too much in one day? This plan, of course ,gives us another full day to explore other sites. Appreciate the feedback.

I would never do 2 major museums on the same day.

You're not planning on doing the AFH and Jewish Quarter after arriving on a long flight from the states are you?

What is this Skip The Line thing? You can just easily buy tickets to both the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh museum on their official websites. No need to involve some third party. And that way you can decide for yourself when you want to visit each museum.

If I was in Amsterdam on a one time only visit and if I had only one day to see museums and I was interested in a quality overview not a truly quality visit I bet folks here could tell you how to do both plus a canal cruise in one day.

Not advised unless you have no other good option like another day.

The smart move will be two seperate days, 1 major museum a day, casually enjoy the city at leisure the rest of the time.

I'd not be going for a lot of other sites to visit

Do you know if the Skip The Line ticket can be used over more than one day?

What do you mean by Skip the Line ticket? You just go to the websites of each museum and buy a ticket for each museum. The tickets will be valid for the day you choose yourself. So you can visit the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum on seperate days.

Skip The Line involves the two museums and a canal cruise. I'll look at the economics of individual tickets.

Skip The LIne cost is $134pp.
