fevery hotel

Have just booked the fevery hotel in brugges by telephone paid in full, very helpful but e mail confirmation came in flemish then email deleted it self to be followed by another one from logis manager.

Just wonering if anyone else has experienced this.

Haven't heard of that before, perhaps someone else? Then again, I don't directly book hotels in the city I work in :)

Is the second e-mail in Dutch as well? If you want I can have a look at it, see what it says. I don't mind. My e-mail can be found on my profile page.
