Scolarchio - how to go there?

Hi

I'm looking for some nice local greek food and come across Scolarchio in my search. Does anyone know where it is located? Are the foods expensive? How much for a person?

Thanks

Hey again undertaker101:-) You've researched well! This is a very popular place and is extremely budget-friendly! Scholarchio features apps only (mezes in Greek) and bring an array of delights on a huge tray right to your table to pick and choose..great way to get to sample loads of stuff..small plates..loads of choices and great prices! Have you read the reviews here?! It's right off the main drag from the Akropolis metro Station and crosses the main pedestrianized Akropolis walkway..forget the name of the Street but am sure someone will kick in with it..or check the address on the reviews! Straight run/walk..have fun and ENjoY!

street is called Odos Tripodon. As Litsa says, it's very simple - immediately after you've crossed over the pedestrianised walkway you enter Odos Byronos (Byron Street - Hotel Byron is on your right.) This street soon becomes Odos Tripodon; almost immediately you'll see Scolarchio on your left. (A more direct route than some of us took on June 1st, ha ha. Maybe someone will post a link to some relevant photos - GB?? Are there some that show the FOOD??)

Oh and if I remember correctly the price is somewhere between 11 and 14 Euros per person. If I'm wrong, douse me with ouzo and drag me across Odos Tripodon.
