Is Glymur hike open now?

We are leaving for Iceland tomorrow. We hope to do the hike to the Glymur waterfall our second day (Sunda).

Looking at the safetravel.is website, on the map a orange triangle is beside Glymur. I presume red triangles mean closed, but what do orange and yellow mean?

I can’t find s legend on the map

Thanks in advance

Hey. If you click on the triangle, the explanation pops up :)

Glymur

Log has been put up, however it is only over 1/2 of the river. Hikers must wade through the river, up to knee deep, to get to the log so getting wet is unavoidable. Not a hike for those who do not have good balance.

Thanks for the quick reply. Much appreciated.

Didn’t realize I could click on the triangle (didn’t work in Safari. Switched to Firefox and can see the pop up).
