Need nice hotel for one night in Arezzo

I have a car and will need a hotel for one night stay. Will only be spending half a day in Arezzo. Any suggestions. Thanks. Eleana

With a car you will want to stay out of the historical center. The hotel MInerva is fine and on the outskirts and easily reached by the autostrada and main roads. It also has adequate parking. The Hotel continental is very nice but it is just on the edge of the historical center and best not attempted by car unless you know the area really well...you could quickly get into a ZTL situation. For more modern niceties, there is the Marriott AC hotel but this is in the outskirts in a more industrial area - however the hotel is fine.

There are many others, some of more of a farm or historical nature.
