Hi there, I don’t think any bus goes from Flookburgh into the Lakes, you’re probably going to need to go to Lancaster and connect up with the 555 service or to Heysham or Morcambe for 755 service. I’d suggest you look at the timetables on stagecoachbus.com.

You can get the bus into Kendal, and head to the Lakes from there.

If you want to see the less visited but beautiful Western Lake District there is a train station nearby at Cark which will take you up the West Coast to connect to a bus, or you could go on the train to Ulverston and up to Coniston by bus from there.

If you got off the train at Ravenglass you could take the La'al Ratty railway to Eskdale, a gret day out.

I assume you're staying at/near the caravan park there which is quite good with a car but not good without if you're looking to get about in the Lakes. I have no idea about buses but I know people who have gone to Fell Foot Park and the Lakeside/Haverthwaite steam train ride from there. It may be 40-50 minutes by public transport though.
