Daly's is near O'Connor's pub at Fisherstreet end of Doolin, and Half Door is at Roadford end, within walking distance of McDermott's and Mcgann's pubs.

I think O'Connor's attracts more tourists than locals.

Here's a map:

I like Roadford end of Doolin as it has a nice rural feel to it.

There are also two nice restaurants at Roadford end:

Thanks for the help! I think I am going to go with Half Door. I was just concerned that it is far from the harbour but looks like a semi-quick walk.

I am not sure what I am talking about! I am so confused. I think I was just curious if we wanted to walk to O'Connor's Pub and walk by the water how far it was. But we like to walk so it doesn't seem too far....or is it??

Stayed at Daly's last week. Susan is a sweetheart and very knowledgable of the area. O'Connor's had good food and trad music and was only a short walk to from Daly's.
