Tipping at Auzul

I am going to the Azul on Tuesday and have never stayed in an all inclusive before. I picked this hotel because its smaller, the beach looks beautiful and I dont like the idea of buffet dinners but can anyone help me with the follow:

Do you tip as you would any other hotel? i.e Beach Butlers, waiters, barmen

I know this is a quiet hotel, which i like but i also like to party so i am thinking of getting a taxi into Cancun for a few nights, can you drink in other hotel bars or does anyone have any suggestions where to go as i understand everything is closed by midnight in Puerto Morelos?

Thanks in advance

Good name but I am sure you are not.

Tip as you would do anywhere else for when you get good service

Out of interest which countries are you talking about?

Sandals does have a no tipping rule but people still do and that makes life a little hard for the staff as they can be fired for taking tips

I know in Kenya it was not allowed in some hotels, they were also a bit funny about it in Mauritius.
